Las roscas de las lentes Leica son las estándar y creo que también lo son las de Zeiss (¿0.75?). En los Voigtlander encajan sin problema así que, si nadie me contradice, no creo que tengas problemas. Las únicas diferentes, que yo sepa y conozca, son los de la las lentes Leitz de la serie C (los de la CL).

Pues no te puedo ayudar mucho más. En Voigtlander (propiedad de Cosina también) los Leica enroscan bien.
